The KWJBQ series mud agitator stands as a vital cornerstone of any sophisticated mud system. This high-performance equipment is meticulously engineered to agitate drilling fluids, preventing particle sedimentation at the tank's base. Our mud agitators are available in a diverse range of sizes and configurations, tailored to fit virtually any mud tank specification. The innovative horizontal drive system is specifically crafted to fit installations with restricted overhead space, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
Engineered with precision, the mud agitator is essential for stirring mud slurry to keep solids in suspension. Positioned strategically on top of the mud tank, it features one or two robust impeller(s) that remain submerged in the mud slurry. The impeller shaft is seamlessly linked to a powerful electric drive motor, available in a broad spectrum of horsepower ratings from 7.5 to 30 HP (5.5kw~22kw), ensuring adaptability and robustness for various operational demands.
The design of a mud agitator must consider tank dimensions, internal depth, and mud conditions for optimal performance. The KWJBQ mud agitator is a masterful assembly comprising an explosion-proof motor, a durable reducer, an efficient impeller, a sturdy mounting plate, and both flexible and rigid couplings. The explosion-proof motor and reducer are securely mounted, with the motor shaft and gearbox input shaft expertly connected by a flexible coupler. The impeller and gearbox output shaft are reliably joined by a rigid coupling, forming a cohesive, high-efficiency system.
