The KWJBQ series mud agitator stands as a paramount component within the mud system, expertly engineered to enhance efficiency by robustly agitating drilling fluids. This pivotal device prevents particles from settling at the bottom of the tank, ensuring a homogeneous mixture throughout. Our high-efficiency mud-mixing units boast an impressive range of custom sizes and configurations that effortlessly cater to virtually any mud tank requirement. With a horizontal drive specially crafted for installations with spatial constraints above the mud tank, this solution exemplifies compact innovation and cutting-edge design.
Designed to excel, the mud agitator effectively stirs mud slurry, ensuring the constant suspension of solids. Positioned prominently on top of the mud tank, it is equipped with one or two impellers that are dynamically immersed within the slurry. The impeller shaft is directly coupled to an electric drive motor, available in various horsepower ratings ranging from 7.5 to 30 HP (5.5kw~22kw). This robust configuration delivers consistent performance, making it an indispensable tool in maintaining optimal slurry conditions.
The sophisticated design of a mud agitator is meticulously tailored based on tank dimensions, inner depth, and specific mud conditions. The KWJBQ mud agitator is an intricate assembly comprising an explosion-proof motor, a premium reducer, a precision-engineered impeller, a secure mounting plate, a flexible coupling, and a rigid coupling, among other features. The explosion-proof motor, complemented by a reducer, is strategically installed on a sturdy mounting plate. The motor shaft and gearbox input shaft are seamlessly connected via a flexible coupler, while the impeller and gearbox output shaft are joined by a rigid coupling, ensuring reliable performance and safety in challenging operational environments.
