The KWJBQ series mud agitator stands as a pivotal component within the mud system, meticulously engineered to agitate drilling fluids and prevent sedimentation of particles at the tank's base. This high-performance, mud-mixing powerhouse boasts an impressive array of custom sizes and configurations, designed to seamlessly integrate into virtually any mud tank setup. With its horizontal drive system, it's perfectly tailored for installations where vertical space is at a premium, ensuring robust functionality without compromising on efficiency.
Expertly crafted to maintain the suspension of solids, the mud agitator ensures the mud slurry is thoroughly stirred. Positioned strategically atop the mud tank, it features one or two efficient impellers immersed directly in the slurry. The impeller shaft is seamlessly connected to a powerful electric drive motor, available in multiple horsepower ratings, ranging from 7.5 to 30 HP (5.5kw~22kw), thus offering adaptability for diverse operational demands and ensuring optimal performance in varied conditions.
The meticulous design of the mud agitator is tailored to align with the tank's dimensions, inner depth, and the specific mud conditions at play. The KWJBQ mud agitator is a sophisticated assembly, comprising an explosion-proof motor, reducer, impeller, mounting plate, and both flexible and rigid couplings. The explosion-proof motor and reducer are securely anchored on a mounting plate. The motor shaft and gearbox input shaft are interconnected by a flexible coupler, while the impeller and gearbox output shaft are linked via a rigid coupling, creating a robust and reliable system engineered for uncompromised safety and precision.
