The innovative horizontal drive is specifically crafted for settings where space above the mud tank is limited, ensuring maximum compatibility and performance.
Our mud agitator is an essential tool for keeping mud slurry in motion, ensuring solids remain in suspension. Designed to be mounted on top of the mud tank, it features one or two impellers deeply immersed in the slurry. The impeller shaft is seamlessly connected to a robust electric drive motor, available in a range of horsepower ratings from 7.5 to 30 HP (equivalent to 5.5kw~22kw), offering versatility to meet your specific needs.
The design of a mud agitator, such as the KWJBQ model, must thoughtfully consider factors like tank dimensions, inner depth, and the specific conditions of the mud. This sophisticated system comprises an explosion-proof motor, a reducer, an impeller, a mounting plate, flexible coupling, and a rigid coupling. All components are meticulously assembled for optimal performance: the explosion-proof motor and reducer are mounted on a stable plate, with a flexible coupler linking the motor shaft and gearbox input shaft, and a rigid coupling connecting the impeller to the gearbox output shaft.
