Its innovative horizontal drive is perfectly tailored for settings where vertical space above the mud tank is at a premium.
Our state-of-the-art mud agitator excels at keeping the mud slurry in dynamic suspension, ensuring consistent distribution of solids. Conveniently mounted atop the mud tank, it features one or two impeller(s) that expertly churn the mud slurry. Powering this robust system is a direct-coupled electric drive motor, available in an impressive array of horsepower ratings ranging from 7.5 to 30 HP (5.5kw~22kw), catering to diverse operational requirements.
The design of a mud agitator must precisely account for tank dimensions, inner depth, and specific mud conditions. The KWJBQ mud agitator embodies this precision with its explosion-proof motor, reducer, impeller, mounting plate, flexible coupling, and rigid coupling. The explosion-proof motor and reducer are securely mounted on a dedicated plate, while the motor shaft and gearbox input shaft are seamlessly connected via a flexible coupler. Additionally, the impeller and gearbox output shaft are joined by a rugged rigid coupling, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
