Introducing the KWJBQ series mud agitator, a vital component of any advanced mud system. This robust piece of equipment is expertly engineered to keep your drilling fluids efficiently agitated, preventing any particles from settling at the bottom of the tank. Designed with high efficiency in mind, our mud-mixing units come in a diverse range of custom sizes and configurations, ensuring they seamlessly fit into virtually any mud tank setup. The horizontal drive configuration is particularly beneficial for installations where vertical space above the mud tank is constrained.
Our state-of-the-art mud agitator is essential for stirring mud slurry, ensuring the consistent suspension of solids throughout the mixture. Cleverly mounted atop the mud tank, this agitator is equipped with one or two precision-engineered impellers that remain submerged in the slurry. The impeller shaft is directly linked to a powerful electric drive motor, available in various horsepower ratings ranging from 7.5 to 30 HP (5.5kw~22kw), thus offering flexibility to meet diverse power needs.
The design of our mud agitator is meticulously tailored to accommodate specific tank dimensions, inner depth, and prevailing mud conditions. The KWJBQ mud agitator boasts a comprehensive composition that includes an explosion-proof motor, a robust reducer, a high-performance impeller, a sturdy mounting plate, and both flexible and rigid couplings. The explosion-proof motor and reducer are securely mounted on the plate, with the motor shaft and gearbox input shaft connected via a flexible coupler, while the impeller and gearbox output shaft are joined via a rigid coupling. This configuration ensures superior durability and operational efficiency.
