Our state-of-the-art mud agitator takes center stage in maintaining a consistent suspension of solids within the mud slurry. Strategically mounted atop the mud tank, this robust agitator boasts one or two impellers that delve deep into the slurry. The impeller shaft seamlessly integrates with an electric drive motor, offering a spectrum of horsepower ratings from 7.5 to 30 HP (5.5kw~22kw). This ensures you have the perfect power solution tailored to your specific operational needs.
The design of a mud agitator must be precisely tailored to the tank's dimensions, inner depth, and specific mud conditions. Our KWJBQ mud agitator is ingeniously engineered with an explosion-proof motor, reducer, impeller, mounting plate, and both flexible and rigid couplings. The explosion-proof motor and reducer are expertly installed on the mounting plate, with the motor shaft and gearbox input shaft connected via a flexible coupler. The impeller and gearbox output shaft are firmly linked by a rigid coupling, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety.
