The KWJBQ series mud agitator stands as a cornerstone of the mud system, playing a pivotal role in efficiently agitating drilling fluids to prevent particle sedimentation at the bottom of the tank. With a vast selection of custom sizes and configurations, these high-efficiency mud-mixing units are tailored to fit nearly any mud tank. The horizontal drive design is particularly advantageous for setups with limited vertical clearance above the mud tank, ensuring seamless integration in space-constrained environments.
Engineered to perfection, the mud agitator is mounted on the mud tank to expertly stir the mud slurry, ensuring the suspension of solids is maintained throughout. This innovative device features one or two impellers, strategically submerged in the mud slurry, and is driven by a powerful electric motor. Available in a range of horsepower ratings from 7.5 to an impressive 30 HP (5.5kw to 22kw), the motor caters to diverse operational needs, making it an adaptable solution for various industrial applications.
The design of a mud agitator must thoughtfully consider the tank's dimensions, inner depth, and specific mud conditions. The KWJBQ series mud agitator is a sophisticated assembly comprising an explosion-proof motor, reducer, impeller, mounting plate, and both flexible and rigid couplings. The explosion-proof motor and reducer are securely installed on the mounting plate, ensuring safety and reliability. The motor's shaft is connected to the gearbox input shaft via a flexible coupler, while the impeller is linked to the gearbox output shaft with a rigid coupling, delivering robust and efficient performance for demanding environments.
